Thamires "Thammy" Schrader is a dedicated professional at The Community Lighthouse, driven by a passion for contributing to the healing and growth of individuals. She was drawn to TCL’s values, which closely align with her own commitment to helping people overcome challenges and become the best versions of themselves.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Thammy moved to the United States over a decade ago and has lived in North Carolina and Colorado before settling in New Mexico. She earned her degree in Applied Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL, after realizing during the COVID-19 pandemic that she wanted to make a direct impact in her community by supporting mental health and personal development.

Bilingual in English and Portuguese, Thammy enjoys reading mystery books, painting, and is a lifelong fan of Formula One racing. She has been married to a military combat veteran for nine years, and together they have a four-year-old son and two beloved dogs, Albus and Thor.
