If you do not have one of the insurances listed above, you can opt for self pay for therapy. These rates are $160 for the initial appointment and $125 for each follow up after that.

Covid-19 Policy For Being on the Premises 

In an effort to pair services of healing with safety, The Community Lighthouse has put into place the following Covid precautions and policies for patients and/or family members entering the building. 

Patients and/or family members entering the office must answer covid screener questions regarding symptoms and travel and may result in the rescheduling of your appointment.  

  1. Have you traveled out of the country or been in close contact with anyone who has traveled out of the country within the last 14 days?  

  1. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or been asked to quarantine within the last 14 days  

  1. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, shortness of breath or upset stomach)?  

 

  • ALL persons entering the office will have their temperature taken on the wrist by an Admin and if it is indicative of a fever (100o or higher), your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The Admin may retake a temp up to 3 times, if necessary.  

  • All persons over the age of 2 years old is required to wear a mask AT ALL TIMES. If you do not have one, one can be provided. If you refuse to wear a mask properly, covering your nose and mouth completely, you will be asked to wait in your car. *You must remain on the premises while your child is in services, and we will bring your child out to your car following services. 

  • We have plastic barriers on the reception desk for everyone’s protection. Please remain behind the stickers on the floor when addressing the receptionist, unless otherwise instructed. *If you need to hand something over or have your temp taken, please wait for them to direct you. 

  • NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in the office. You will be directed to take it back to your car. 

  • We reserve the right to stop a current session and change all future appointments to Telehealth if these policies are not followed.
