Francine Adair

LMSW
 

Francine Adair graduated from New Mexico Highland University with her bachelor’s in social work and her master’s degree in social work, clinic clinician. She has her License Master Social Worker, LMSW and her Provisional License Clinical Social Worker, LCSW.

 

She is a mother of four children. She has personal experience with people who have schizophrenia, bipolar, autism, anxiety, depression and ADHD. She has a heart for the LGBTQ community due to her family members belonging to this community.

 

Francine has experience working with families in many different settings from being a school social worker, Behavior manager specialist, and an investigator and Title IV-E specialist at CYFD. Modalities that she has used are attachment theory, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma informed CBT, play therapy, trauma informed care, and gender affirming care. She works with children, youth, couples, and families.

 

Francine's passion is helping parents and children, couples and families learn to communicate in a way that builds relationships. Her belief is you can teach the child or youth tools that would help them for a day or teach the parents/ guardians the tools and it will change.
