Erica Villa-Diaz

Admin - Bi-Lingual

Erica is an essential part of our team at The Community Lighthouse, an outpatient behavioral health clinic dedicated to empowering families, children, and professionals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born in Mexico and a New Mexican since the age of nine, Erica brings a unique perspective and deep-rooted commitment to helping people, especially in fostering mental health wellness.

With her early education at Albuquerque High School laying the groundwork, Erica's passion for making a difference in the lives of those around her shines through in her role as an admin. She was drawn to The Community Lighthouse by the nurturing environment and the opportunity to be part of a mission that aligns with her values: healing trauma for generations to come and supporting the journey toward wellness with compassion and dedication.

Outside the office, Erica embraces the beauty of New Mexico's landscapes through camping and fishing in the summer and hitting the slopes for snowboarding in the winter. Her adventurous spirit is shared with her loyal dog, Bane, a beloved family member she and her partner traveled to Texas to welcome into their lives.

Erica embodies our values of play, guiding children toward healing and wellness, building healthy relationships, staying curious, daring to lead, investing in growth, and being part of one cohesive team. Her presence at The Community Lighthouse helps ensure that both our team and those we serve can always show up as their best selves, contributing to our vision of healing the world, one child at a time.
