Community Services Worker (CSW)

Education, Experience & Schedule
We welcome applicants from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. To qualify for a Community Services Worker (CSW) position, candidates must meet one of the following combinations:
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifying Degree Fields
Degrees in the following areas (or closely related fields) are a great fit for this role:
- Human Services
- Social Work
- Sociology
- Psychology
- Criminal Justice
Examples of Relevant Experience
We value a wide range of experiences that support individuals and families. Qualifying experience may include:
- Case management
- Behavioral and mental health services
- Home visiting programs
- CYFD case management
- RBT / ABA therapy
CSW Schedule Expectations
- Monday–Friday
- Hours between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Some flexibility is available; however, this role requires a fairly consistent daytime and early evening schedule
Therapy Positions

Experience is not required for therapy positions. We proudly welcome new graduates and are committed to mentorship, supervision, and professional growth.

- LMSW

- AMFT
- Independent Licensure:
- LCSW

- Art Therapy
- Marriage and Family Therapy
Clinical Schedule Flexibility
- Clinical schedules offer greater flexibility
- Hours may vary based on client needs, clinician availability, and service delivery model
