Juno Andrea Doty
Community Support Worker
Juno Andrea Doty is a Certified Youth Peer Support at The Community Lighthouse, where she combines her lived experience, education, and passion for helping others to make a meaningful impact. Deeply committed to supporting youth, Juno is guided by a personal mission: to be the kind of help she would have benefited from growing up.

Juno studied at the University of New Mexico and is a proud New Mexico native, though her journey has taken her cross-country multiple times. These experiences have shaped her compassionate and resilient approach to working with young people.

Outside of her professional role, Juno is an avid arts and crafts enthusiast. One of her favorite creative outlets is preserving everyday objects in resin to create still-life pieces—an artistic reflection of her appreciation for the small, meaningful moments in life.

At The Community Lighthouse, Juno embodies the values of curiosity, connection, and growth, helping young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take steps toward healing and confidence.
