You and your loved ones deserve the best care.

It is our goal to promote a safe, caring, and confidential environment. A licensed clinician will do an assessment to make appropriate recommendations for treatment, and identify a highly personalized approach tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Children

(2-12)

CHILD THERAPY

Play is the child's language and toys are their words. We will work with your child by speaking their language to help them feel understood.

FAMILY THERAPY

We want to help families to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives. We offer a combination of services to meet your needs in a variety of treatment methods so that you can pursue the right approach for you.

Adolescent/ADULT THERAPY

Therapy can take various forms—cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or a combination of these—but at the center of each, is the caring relationship between a mental health professional and a patient.

CCSS Services

Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) are for families with children ages 3-11 that could use a little more support than therapy alone. CCSS is a partnership with the child and family to support the client in reaching their goals and address barriers they are facing. The role of the Community Support Worker (CSW) is to assist children in learning skills important for daily living. These skills may be in the areas of learning, socializing, and community activities. Skills include learning how to emotionally regulate in different spaces like in the community, school, and at home. CSW works with each client and family to learn about getting various resources/services, along with helping you start services needed. The CSW will also be using the Nurtured Heart Approach during services to support the client and family with behavior.

We are here to guide your loved ones to learn to regulate their emotions and begin their journey to stability and happiness.
